Delivery

  • When it comes to customers from Serbia, orders are sent via City express, a courier service, and they are usually delivered within 1-3 days from the moment you ordered or paid. If you need to wait for delivery a little longer, we will notify you.
  • When it comes to foreign customers, depending on the delivery method selected, delivery can take 3 to 12 business days from the receipt of payment. If you need to wait for delivery a little longer, we will notify you.

We collect only the necessary and basic customer data and the data necessary for operating and informing our users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing services of high quality. All data on users/customers are strictly kept and are available only to the employees that need those data to do their job. All employees are obliged to respect the principles of privacy protection. Customer data will not be forwarded to third parties and other companies.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in a protected / encrypted form using the SSL protocol and PKI system as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by payment processor (Banca Intesa ad Beograd, 2Checkout, Paypal). The entire payment process is performed on the pages of payment processor and payment card details are never available to our system.

Refunds

When it comes to return of goods and refunds to the customer who previously paid via a payment card, pariatlly or the full amount, regardless of the reason for return, Mala Srpska Prodavnica, that is, Mala SRB Prodavnica d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods meaning that the bank will upon the request of the seller make a refund to the customer’s bank account.

Customer complaint procedure

Mala Srpska Prodavnica operates in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. If you have any doubts, please feel free to contact us and we will give specific instructions on how to file a complaint. Of course, we need to ask you to please keep the original packages.

Complaints are possible in the following cases:

  • Invalid goods
    - Send us the goods back
    - Once we receive the item you returned, we will send you the new one.
  • Transportation claims
    It is very important that you immediately report all transport-related damage that can be spotted on the package to the courier who delivered goods. The buyer is required to report any damage occurred during transport, missing parts and possible malfunction of an item within 24 hours upon receipt of goods. If you notice such a damage: - Please do not sign the delivery receipt - Ask the courier to make a record on the damage - If you received the shipment, but later you concluded that there was transport-related damage, be sure to keep the original packaging in which the shipment was delivered to you - Please take a picture of the damaged packaging and the product, and send the picture to prodavnica@oaza.rs
  • Trade your item for different color, size etc.
    If it’s about clothing, it’s possible to replace it for a larger / smaller size or another color. The procedure is the following: - Send the unused product back - Pay for postage costs for sending it back – contact us for instructions on payment - When we receive the returned item and your payment for postage, we will send you the new item
  • It is not what I thought it would be…
    If you are not satisfied with an item, you can trade it under the following conditions: - no more than 7 days have passed since we sent it to you - you need to return it in the original condition and package - you need to pay for postage costs for sending it back – contact us for instructions on payment In that case, you will be given the opportunity to get another item of your choice instead of the one you returned for the value of the returned item.
